In his address, the Rector emphasized the importance of translating the ideas generated at the conference into actionable steps.
“We gather here not just as individuals with academic titles, but as members of humanity who bear great responsibility for the future of this world,” he added.
He expressed hope that every idea emerging from the conference discussions would serve as a seed for tangible solutions to meet future needs.
Dr. Manfred concluded his speech with an optimistic and passionate declaration: “With great enthusiasm, I officially declare the 4th ICEHHA open. May these conference days be moments of mutual learning, respect, and innovation. Happy discussing, working, and innovating!” he said as he opened the event at 8:15 AM WITA.
Fostering Multidisciplinary Collaboration
The conference is attended by academics, researchers, and practitioners from various countries, making it a platform for multidisciplinary collaboration.
Five keynote speakers from three countries are participating, bringing expertise across diverse fields: Prof. Dr. Yazid Basthomi, M.A. (Indonesia): Expert in education development and humanities studies. Prof. Ir. Sahat Martua Pasaribu, M.Eng., Ph.D. (Indonesia): Specialist in technological innovation for sustainability. Dr. Willy Ardian Renandya (Singapore): Expert in cross-cultural education and language learning development. Asst. Prof. Dr. Prapaporn Muangkoon (Thailand): Researcher in sustainability in health and society. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rozana Zakaria (Malaysia): Leader in sustainable agriculture innovation.
