Ruteng, infopertama.com – The Indonesian Catholic University of St. Paul Ruteng (Unika St. Paulus Ruteng) has officially launched the 4th International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health, and Agriculture (ICEHHA) virtually on Saturday, December 13, 2024.
The event was cordially declared by the Rector of Unika St. Paulus Ruteng, Dr. Agustinus Manfred Habur, Lic. Theol., who delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to address increasingly complex global challenges.
A Call to an Action
This year’s conference carries the overarching theme, “Sustainable Innovation for Global Future: Bridging Education, Humanities, Health, Agriculture, and Engineering.”
Dr. Manfred noted that this theme serves not only as a focal point for discussion but also as a call to action that transcends traditional boundaries.
“The world is currently facing interconnected challenges—climate change, social inequality, food crises, and global health issues. These challenges can only be addressed if we dare to build bridges of knowledge and shared human values,” he stated.
A Laboratory for Innovative Ideas
Dr. Manfred described ICEHHA as more than just an academic forum. He portrayed the conference as a space for dialogue, a laboratory of creative ideas, and a platform for intellectual courage.
According to Dr. Manfred, the event reaffirms the vision of Unika St. Paulus Ruteng as a transformative and relevant academic community.
“We are committed to creating innovations that are not only sustainable but also reflect care for humanity and our planet,” said Dr. Manfred.
